See details below for the Feb 23, 2026 Annual Meeting
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC), anchored by the HOA Board of Directors, is committed to help preserve the property values of all homeowners in our Misty Valley/Middleton Ridge Neighborhood. The ACC ensures compliance with applicable regulations when a homeowner makes changes impacting the exterior of their property. This committee, comprised of residents from the Misty Valley HOA, reviews proposed plans, confirms they meet all applicable HOA regulations and provides approval to proceed. For example, improvements such as home additions, adding a deck or fence, as well as other substantial changes are typical projects submitted to the ACC for approval.
Homeowners are required to submit plans for additions, fences, decks and other structures which require architectural approval to the ACC. Review the HOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions document for your home improvement plans prior to contacting the ACC.
The project submission process is managed through the Birwood Property Management portal where projects can be reviewed by the ACC.
The document below is illustrative, please make all submissions via the Birwood Property Management Portal.
The CCC Committee is dedicated to transitioning the triangular space at the corner of Caneel Trail and High Road to a small conservancy. This space was adopted from the City of Middleton in 2020 with the goal of further improving the beauty and increasing the sustainability of our neighborhood.
The goal of the Misty Valley Circle Committee is to maintain and improve the circular, cul-de-sac common property located at the north end Misty Valley Drive. This space, which was also adopted from the City of Middleton in 2021, also increases the beauty of our neighborhood.
