Welcome to the Misty Valley & Middleton Ridge Neighborhood! We are uniquely located to provide you the best that both Middleton and Madison has to offer.

The neighborhood is a mix of custom single family homes, upscale apartments and an attractive group of condominiums. Our location is close to over 35 retail shops and restaurants of Greenway Station and Middleton Hills as well as the many boutiques and cafes of downtown Middleton. The 125 single family homes in the neighborhood are members of the Misty Valley Homeowners Association, managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors in conjunction with our partner, Birwood property management.

Within our neighborhood is the picturesque Graber Pond. This unique “kettle pond with a boardwalk extending from north to south is home to a variety of waterfowl including sandhill cranes, wood ducks, mallards, blue-winged teal, Canada geese, great blue herons and green herons. Nearby is also the Pheasant Branch Conservancy where one can enjoy an extensive trail system, natural springs and amazing views of the capital.

A benefit to families in our neighborhood is the top-rated, nationally recognized, Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District. As a neighborhood, the HOA sponsors several annual social events, family gatherings and projects in order to encourage ongoing connections with homeowners and their families as well as our city and school system.
